The Seller gives warranties for all products sold out according to the Manufacturer’s standard warranty (24 months) from the date of delivery. In order to be warranted, products must have a serial number on each device that is still under warranty by Soji Electronics Joint Stock Company.
In case of any errors, the customers can send pictures or records and details of defective products (status and serial numbers) to Soji Electronics’ technical team via email: email@example.com to get our support as soon as possible. Warranty support time does not exceed 48 hours since receiving your email (except holidays or weekends).
If product damage is mentioned in our warranty terms, the Seller is obligated to exchange it for another product within 45 days from the date of the damaged product returned to Seller. All shipping costs for repaired products will be borne by the importer. Or the seller can send them to the clients in the next shipment.
All defective fuel sensors that are determined to be not the product itself or from the manufacturer, the Seller has no responsibility to give warranty. The following errors can be listed:
