The Seller guarantees all products with the Manufacturer’s standard 36-month warranty from the delivery date. For warranty eligibility, each product must have a serial number and be within the warranty period provided by Soji Electronics Joint Stock Company.
In the event of product issues, customers should send images or recordings, along with details of the defect (condition and serial numbers), to Soji Electronics’ technical team at warranty@sojielectronics.com. We aim to provide prompt support, with a response time not exceeding 48 hours from receiving your email, excluding holidays and weekends.
If the product damage falls under our warranty terms, the Seller is committed to replacing the product within 45 days of receiving the returned damaged item. All shipping costs for the repaired products are covered by the importer.
However, warranty does not cover defects not originating from the product itself or from the manufacturer. This includes:
– Damage due to dropping, strong impacts causing deformation, cracks, or breakage.
– Connection to incompatible devices.
– Unauthorized dismantling or repairs by individuals or technicians not affiliated with SOJI ELECTRONICS.
– Damage from arcs, electrical equipment with high discharge currents causing fire or explosion of internal components.
– Prolonged exposure to high temperatures over 100°C, resulting in deformation of internal electronic components.
– Damage by rodents or insects to unprotected signal wires.
– Exposure to acids or chemicals causing oxidation and gradual corrosion from the exterior to the interior of the product.
– Prolonged immersion in water leading to damage of the equipment and internal wires.
