QUALITY DEPARTMENT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
– Organize and oversee the department’s operations;
– Supervise testing of finished products;
– Make decisions regarding the release of finished products for further distribution;
– Oversee testing of new project sample products (new models, updates to current models);
– Monitor changes in standardization and regulatory fields;
– Participate in quality audits;
– Analyze defective product samples returned by customers;
– Enhance the department’s operations based on customer complaints regarding product quality;
– Develop and implement new ideas aimed at improving department efficiency, optimizing task completion time, and reducing costs;
– Organize data collection and maintain statistics on the number of defective products;
– Conduct analysis of the collected data, perform calculations, and maintain control;
– Monitor production quality;
– Study and address quality complaints from clients and partners.
Collaboration with Production:
– Identify weaknesses in the production process;
– Develop and implement new technologies and materials;
– Organize and conduct internal audits to improve product quality and ensure compliance with both internal and international standards.
Client Relations:
– Investigate issues clients encounter with products;
– Develop and implement technologies to enhance product quality;
– Resolve disputes regarding product quality with clients;
– Analyze and systematize statistics on identified warranty and non-warranty cases;
– Develop proposals for addressing the causes of warranty claims.
Requirements:
– Higher education in Quality Management or a technical field with additional training in Quality Management;
– Experience as a leader or senior specialist in Quality Management with ISO9001;
– Knowledge of legislative and regulatory legal acts, and methodical materials on Quality Management;
– Familiarity with national and international regulatory legal acts regarding production;
– Knowledge of product certification;
– Understanding of production technologies;
– Ability to work in a team;
– Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
