    Position Summary:

    We are looking for a talented candidate to join our accounting team for improving operational efficiency, verify the validity of accounting transactions, and assist Chief Accountant with strategic financial decisions.

    Job Details:

    1.Job Responsibilities:

      • Process sales documents, issue VAT invoices, and record transactions in accounting software.
      • Handle internal cash receipts/payments, bank transactions, and related banking matters.
      • Conduct quarterly inventory audits.
      • Reconcile and recover customer debts.
      • Manage attendance and calculate monthly payroll.
      • Collect, store, and record documents in software, and prepare monthly tax declarations.
      • Report on social insurance matters and resolve employee insurance-related issues.
      • Prepare reports and handle other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

    2. Job Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
      • 1–3 years of relevant experience, with a deep understanding of accounting principles; candidates under 30 years old are preferred.
      • Proficient in MISA accounting software, familiarity with ERP systems is a plus; skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word.
      • Careful, responsible, able to work under high pressure.
      • Desire to stay long-term with the company in the next development phase.

    3. Salary and Benefits:

      • Salary: 10,000,000 – 25,000,000 VND/month, can be negotiable.
      • Allowance: lunch allowance (30.000.000 VND/day), phone allowance
      • Bonus: annual bonus is up to 3 month salary, 2 times/year evaluation for salary review salary and bonus, bonus for Lunar Tet, New Year’s Day, 30th April & 1st  May holiday, and National Day  2nd
      • Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance: paid in accordance with Labor Code, along with paid leave, holidays, and public holidays as per the law.
