Position Summary:
We are looking for a talented candidate to join our HR team for managing and supporting the hiring process — ensuring the company attracts, selects, and hires qualified candidates to meet organization’s demand for manpower.

Job Details:
1.Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment (70%)
- Collaborate with department managers (Production, Engineering, Quality, etc.) to develop and implement recruitment plans aligned with business needs.
- Propose effective hiring strategies, sourcing channels, and attraction methods to ensure timely and high-quality recruitment results.
- Manage the full recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, interview arrangement, and onboarding arrangement.
- Coordinate onboarding orientation sessions and introduce company policies to new hires.
- Create new employee information on Misa application and update timely
- Build and strengthen the company’s employer brand through online platforms such as company website, fanpage, and LinkedIn.
- Research market trends, analyze hiring data, and prepare regular recruitment reports for management.
- Manage candidate data and enrich candidate source.
- General HR & Administration (30%)
- Arrange and manage employee records, contracts, and HR-related documents.
- Support HR operations such as attendance tracking, payroll assistance, and social insurance.
- Perform other administrative or HR tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
2. Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment; experience in technical or IT recruitment is an advantage, prefer candidates not over 30 years old.
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and diverse sourcing channels.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable with the ability to open effective recruitment networks.
- English communication skills are a plus.
- Desire to stay long-term with the company in the next development phase.
3. Salary and Benefits:

- Salary: 12,000,000 – 25,000,000 VND/month, can be negotiable.Allowance: lunch allowance (30.000.000 VND/day), phone allowance
- Bonus: annual bonus is up to 3 month salary, 2 times/year evaluation for salary review salary and bonus, bonus for Lunar Tet, New Year’s Day, 30th April & 1st May holiday, and National Day 2nd
- Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance: paid in accordance with Labor Code, along with paid leave, holidays, and public holidays as per the law.

- Working hour: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and 2 Saturdays per month (1st and 3rd Saturday in month)
