    Position Summary:

    We are looking for a talented candidate to join our SOJI team as a Sales Administrator (or Sales Admin) who plays a key support role in supporting company’s sales department to ensure the smooth coordination among sales representatives, customers, and other internal teams.

    Job Details:

    1.Job Responsibilities:

    • Order Management and Sales Support
    • Receive, review, and process Sales orders, prepare goods and related documents (Commercial invoice, Packing list, Customs declaration, etc).
    • Monitor production, delivery, and payment schedules to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
    • Work with forwarders, shipping lines, and customs to handle domestic and international orders.
    • Track delivery progress and assist in resolving any shipping issues.
    • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and provide after-sales support such as warranty and complaint handling,…
    • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare reports related to shipping costs, warranty quantity, and other logistics data.
    • Prepare additional reports and other tasks as assigned by the manager.
    • Administrative and Internal Support
    • Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage goods movement and ensure sufficient stock levels for all orders.

    2. Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
    • 1 ~ 3 years experience in sales Administration, Customer Service, or Export Documentation, prefer candidates not over 30 years old
    • Understanding of basic logistics, incoterms, and documentation for both domestic and overseas shipments.
    • Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams (Sales, Warehouse, Accounting).
    • Good command of English (spoken and written) for handling export orders and documentation.
    • Meticulous, detail-oriented in data entry, order management, and report preparation;
    • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Desire to stay long-term with the company in the next development phase.
    1. Salary and Benefits:
      • Salary: 10,000,000 – 25,000,000 VND/month, can be negotiable
      • Allowance: lunch allowance (30.000.000 VND/day), phone allowance
      • Bonus: annual bonus is up to 3 month salary, 2 times/year evaluation for salary review salary and bonus, bonus for Lunar Tet, New Year’s Day, 30th April & 1st  May holiday, and National Day  2nd
      • Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance: paid in accordance with Labor Code, along with paid leave, holidays, and public holidays as per the law.
